Where our business data comes from

The business names, addresses, websites and phone numbers you see under “Find my customers” come from the open Overture Maps Foundation places dataset, which is compiled from several contributors, including Meta, Microsoft, Foursquare, BrightQuery, Uberall and PinMeTo. Attribution: Overture Maps Foundation and contributors.

For every business we keep which contributors supplied it, under which licence, and which release of the dataset it came from. Each business you find shows this in its source line. We only use records whose contributors all publish under one of the licences below, and we leave out anything with an unknown licence.

• Community Data License Agreement – Permissive, Version 2.0 (CDLA-Permissive-2.0)

• Apache License 2.0 (Apache-2.0)

Please check before you rely on it

The data is provided as is. Some listings don’t say whether a business is still trading, so we can’t guarantee every business is open. Visit its website before you contact it.
