Terms of Service
[Company name] · Last updated 1 November 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Nextclient is run by [Company name], company number [Company number], registered at [Registered address] ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Nextclient, a service that helps agencies find local businesses, check their websites and prepare outreach ("the service").
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by people you invite to your workspace.
Give us accurate information, and only use the service for lawful business purposes.
3. Plans, prices and payment
There is a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter at £29 a month and Pro at £79 a month, or £290 and £790 a year). Plans include the limits shown on our pricing page and billing page, such as searches and businesses researched each month. [Confirm whether prices include VAT.]
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't store your card details. You can cancel at any time from your billing page, and your plan then continues until the end of the period you've paid for. [Confirm the refund wording with your adviser: nothing here limits your statutory rights.]
We may change prices or limits for future periods. We'll tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
4. What the service does, and what it doesn't
The service shows businesses from open business data, loads their websites to check them, and produces observations and draft messages. It does not send messages for you.
The information is provided as it is. Business details can be wrong or out of date, and observations are produced automatically from a website's content and from simple checks. Check anything before you rely on it. We do not promise that the service will find you customers, or that any business will respond.
5. How you may use it
You are responsible for how you contact people and for complying with the law, including the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and rules on calling businesses. Different rules apply to limited companies and to sole traders and partnerships. We give general guidance only and it is not legal advice.
You must not use the service to send spam, to mislead anyone, to harass anyone, or to break any law. You must not scrape, resell or republish the business data from the service. If you export or share data that came from it, you must keep the source and licence notices that come with it (see our data sources page).
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that puts the service or other people at risk.
6. Your information
You keep ownership of what you put into the service, such as your business profile and any lists you upload. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, including by using trusted providers to host and process it as described in our privacy policy.
We use third-party language-model services to read website text and write observations and drafts. We do not use your content to build products for other customers.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or remove features, including coverage during the pilot, and will try to give notice of changes that matter to you.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you for anything connected with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. [Review this clause with your adviser.]
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We can end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. On request we will delete your account data, as set out in our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms, law and contact
We may update these terms. If a change affects your rights we will tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may have the right to bring a claim where you live.
